Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with URNI Textiles Pvt Ltd. We strive to deliver beautiful, high-quality ethnic wear and your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Return
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (or you may extend this to 10 or 14 days if you prefer).
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (including original accessories, invoice).
Returns are not allowed for:
- Customised or tailor-altered garments.
- Sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” and indicated as non-returnable.
- Items showing signs of wear, wash, alteration, damage, stains or missing tags.
2. Initiating a Return
- To start a return, please contact our Customer Service at [email/phone] within the return window.
- Provide your order number, date of delivery, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions (address, courier details, and any code/authorisation if needed).
3. Shipping & Return Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns made for other reasons (size, change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost (or a flat return fee may apply).
- Shipping charges paid initially are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our fault.
4. Refund / Exchange / Store Credit
- Once we receive your return and it passes our inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days (or period you choose) via the original payment method.
- Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit or request an exchange (subject to availability).
- In case of an exchange, the original item must be returned, and once received & verified, the replacement will be dispatched. Any price difference (plus shipping cost if applicable) may need to be paid.
- If you return part of an order, any discount applicable would be apportioned appropriately.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you discover any manufacturing defect, damage or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will then arrange for a return pickup (at no cost to you) and either replace the product, issue a store credit, or refund the amount depending on stock availability.
6. Conditions & Exclusions
- Items returned after the specified window may be rejected at our discretion.
- Items not in original condition, missing tags, altered, washed, or with evident use will not be accepted for return.
- For items purchased during promotional sales, the return may be limited to store credit only (this must be clearly indicated in the product listing).
- We reserve the right to modify this policy from time to time; the version on our website at the time of your purchase applies.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Once the item has been dispatched, you may follow the returns process above.
- For cancellations of prepaid orders, any payment gateway or processing charges may be deducted unless otherwise stated.
