How It Works

1. Browse & Select
  • Choose from our wide collection of ethnic wear. Filter by style, size, colour and occasion. Add your selected item(s) to the cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Place Your Order
Enter your shipping address, select your preferred payment method and confirm the order. You will receive an order confirmation email or message with your order number.

3. Order Processing & Shipping
Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it promptly. You’ll receive a notification when your order is shipped, along with tracking details.

4. Delivery
Your parcel will be delivered to the address you provided. Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.

5. Need to Return or Exchange?
  • If the item doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, we’ve made returns & exchanges easy.
  • Contact us within the return window (see our Return Policy) with your order number and reason.
  • Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Pack the item securely and send it back to us following our instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund, store credit or exchange per our policy.
